DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES

Moving and/or relocating to a new city or country can be a time of high anxiety and it can add stress to your already hectic life. Taking some time to think about special items that you plan to move, can eliminate potential problems that could delay the transportation of your goods. Refer to the menu above for informatin on a few special items that should receive extra attention when you are preparing to move. These items include appliances, computers, stereo equipment, as well as plants and your pets. All of these things need special care to help protect you and them during your move.

In addition, it is recommended that you eliminate flammable and/or explosive items from your shipment. These items include acids, aerosol cans, ammunition, liquid cleaning supplies, as well as matches, lighters or chemistry sets.

Other combustible liquids, such as oil, paint and paint thinner, should also be excluded. Furthermore, equipment such as a gas powered lawn movers or generators should be drained of their fuel.

By simply taking some additional time to prepare, you'll be ahead of the game, helping to make your move a more enjoyable experience.
